We are learning a range of balancing, rolling, jumping and travelling movements to incorporate into a floor routine.

  • To incorporate at least two balancing movements
  • To incorporate at least one jumping movement
  • To incorporate at least one rolling movement

Need a break

What?: I have been learning to take a break when I am feeling tired.

So What?: I am able to take a break for a limited amount of time and not too long.

Now What?: My next step is to take one  more often rather then just keep going on with my work when I am tired.
